HOME STAGING CONSULTATION | $200*
With a Home Staging Consultation, you’ll get all the tools necessary to truly ‘set the stage’ for buyers to be WOWed! I’ll explore existing conditions of the property, examine current household inventory and determine your needs and budget. I will discuss how to receive the maximum return on investment for your home improvement dollars so that you’re ready to list with confidence. As we walk through your home, recommendations will be made to make your rooms camera-ready and well-presented for showings. You will have the opportunity to take notes as we walk and talk so that you have a checklist for everything that needs to be done to get your home in tip-top shape. This service may be all you need if you're a DIY seller and enjoy rolling up your sleeves. Here’s what you can anticipate in your consultation:

• Recommendations for optimal furniture placement, rearrangement of your art and decor, minor cosmetic improvements (i.e. paint, hardware updates), and even a proposed list of household/decor items to be purchased in order to create that ‘model home’ look
• Suggestions for items to pack, items to showcase, and how to declutter your space
• Pointers for how to style your rooms for showings and strategies for living in a house while it’s on the market
Before your in-home consultation, I will first schedule a 10-minute phone interview with you to discuss your goals and expectations before we jump in. Consultations last approximately two hours. If you're interested in additional services, a quote will be provided following your consultation at no additional charge.

Let me help relieve some of the stress of moving and get your home ready to list. In the consultation, I will provide all of the high-return recommendations, including what to pack, paint colors and updates that should be done PRIOR to staging. That way I'll be able to dive right in knowing what we need to work on based on your consultation. Your furniture and décor will be re-worked to give your home a more polished and inviting feel. I’ll help you move furniture for optimal placement and flow, hang any wall décor discussed and move accessories around to create that warm and welcoming environment. You'll be confident knowing your house is professionally staged and ready for buyers to fall in love. This service is priced on an individual basis, taking into account what your needs are and how many rooms need work. A quote will be provided following your consultation at no additional charge.

With a Home Refresh Consultation, you’ll get all the tools necessary to make your dream living space come to life. I'll explore your home and determine your needs and budget. I will also discuss how to make the most of your favorite pieces and suggest design solutions, furniture placement and our favorite trade resources to find fresh items to renew your home. During your consultation, I’ll find out what you love about your space and what you would like to change or improve. We will walk through your home to help you see the possibilities and provide recommendations. You will have the opportunity to take notes as we walk and talk so that you have a checklist for everything that needs to be done to refresh your home. This service may be all you need if you're a DIY homeowner and enjoy rolling up your sleeves. Here’s what you can anticipate in your consultation:

HANDS-ON STYLING
We’ll take it a step further after your initial consultation and start physically transforming and redesigning your home! In the Home Refresh Consultation, I provide all of the high-return recommendations, including what to remove from the space or donate and updates that should be done PRIOR to styling. That way I’ll be able to dive right in knowing what you want to work on based on our consultation. Your furniture and décor will be re-worked as we move furniture for optimal placement and flow and restyle accessories to freshen your space. I can also suggest items to purchase to complete your space or start from scratch and create a mood board to completely re-envision your room. You'll be confident knowing your home is professionally styled and ready for friends and family to feel welcome. This service is priced on an individual basis, taking into account what your needs are and how many rooms need work. A quote will be provided following your consultation at no additional charge.

E-DESIGN
PERFECT FOR LIMITING EXPOSURE

E-DESIGN | $200+/ROOM
Do you live outside of my service area or want to maintain strict social distancing? I can provide my Redesign consultation via Zoom or even a FaceTime call if you walk me around your well-lit space and provide key measurements. I will then provide a mood board with shopping links after our call. Like any of my services, I will first schedule a 10-minute phone interview with you to discuss your goals and expectations before we jump in. Your virtual consultation will last approximately 20-30 minutes while we review the space and I make initial suggestions. Once I get your approval I will put together your board to send via email for you to shop.

HOLIDAY & SEASONAL DECORATINGÂ | $100/HOUR
Take the stress out of the holidays and let me create a beautifully decorated living space that will be perfect for entertaining and make you feel 'at home' for the holidays. I can decorate for any occasion, but most common are Christmas and Thanksgiving. Depending on your needs, I will use what you already own and can also shop for additional decorations and create a unified look throughout your home.
